• Certain items, such as custom or personalised products, cannot be returned.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

3. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank before contacting us.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

• We will replace or refund defective items at no additional cost to you.

5. Exchanges

• We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. If you need a different product, you must return the original item and place a new order.
